Grow Your Cashflow, LLC ("GYC," "we," "us," or "our") operates a deal marketplace for accredited investors. We aggregate deal information, provide analysis tools, and facilitate introductions between limited partners ("LPs") and operators.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
GYC is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, registered investment company, or fiduciary. GYC does not make investment recommendations or provide suitability determinations. All deal data, projections, and returns displayed on the platform are for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any investment decisions.
Deal information is sourced from operator-provided materials, SEC EDGAR filings, public records, and third-party background check services. GYC makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Users must independently verify all information before making investment decisions.
Introductions between investors and operators are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. GYC makes no representations about the quality, suitability, or legitimacy of any deal or operator.

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by GYC. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant GYC a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The platform integrates with third-party services including Supabase, GoHighLevel, SEC EDGAR, and background check providers. GYC is not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYC's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid to GYC in the preceding 12 months. GYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GYC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. GYC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in the State of Florida. You agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
GYC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
GYC may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions.
