  • Investment Preferences: Your Buy Box criteria, portfolio selections, deal stage tracking, and investment goals that you voluntarily provide.
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and push notification token (if you opt in).
  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve the App experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalize the deal marketplace experience.
  • To send push notifications about new deals, status updates, and account activity (with your permission).
  • To sync your investment preferences with our CRM for personalized recommendations.
  • To improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Supabase (data storage), GoHighLevel (CRM), Vercel (hosting), and RentCast (property data) to operate the App.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and email-based data isolation to protect your information.

5. Push Notifications

You can opt in to receive push notifications for new deal alerts and updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also unsubscribe from notifications and delete your account at any time.

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
